Policies: - a $30 non refundable retainer fee is required to confirm appointment & will also be applied towards service -Please bring CASH ONLY for your remaining balance -If you need to cancel or reschedule please notify me 24 hours before appointment as any cancellations or rescheduling WITHIN 24 hours result in deposit forfeit - no call, no show results in a client being banned from booking.. i understand life happens just please communicate if you cant make it or need to reschedule! - You have a 10 minute grace period, after that i require a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled, and you will have to reschedule - if you are sick/ and or not feeling well please reschedule your appointment. -No extra guest allowed - Please make sure your face is clean & free from make up. lash baths are apart of each service, but when makeup is present it requires more time to remove - Please refrain from drinking coffee or caffeine 2 hours before appointment - No contacts - Fills are every 2-3 weeks 40-50% of lashes must be remaining to be considered a fill in If you have less than 40% you will need to book for a full set. - NO REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy

If service is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment you forfeit your deposit & will need to book again. If you can’t make it to your appointment please let me know. I understand life happens, but all I ask is to communicate with me if you need to reschedule or cancel. You are allowed 1 appointment rescheduling until you will have to rebook under a new deposit.
